About Us.

Hello, I’m Cynthia, and my journey in hospitality has been a long and rewarding adventure. My passion for good food and friendly service began in 2004 when I started catering at a local bistro. That experience inspired me to keep growing in the food industry.

 After five years in the bistro, I managed an Indian takeaway and later opened One Stop Business, offering pizza, curry, kebabs and burgers. Each step taught me more about quality, teamwork, and the importance of creating a place where people feel at home.

I’ve since ventured into chargrilled and coffee shops, each one deepening my love for hospitality. Today, I’m excited to be part of the CBC Bistro, continuing to do what I love – bringing people together through food and a welcoming atmosphere.
